Train your Body : Pilates

I have tried a number of different types of gymnastics. Finally, I can surely say that the most effective is Pilates. Pilates is the best for tightening and flattening your belly, but also for strengthening your waist and correcting body support. All this with the help of my favorite personal trainer in Greece Irini Florou ( focustrainingstudio.com ) , in the weeks to come, I will show you a variety of exercises, to persuade you to visit a pilates studio.
For now the first photo is using the reformer machine. As you can see in this picture, you have to stand next to the reformer, put one leg on the machine and push back until it would be stretched. You must tighten all of your muscles and deeply breathe.
Do 15 reps and change leg.
